Margarita Pie Recipe

Did someone say Margarita Pie? Don’t mind if I do!

This pie will be a hit at the next event you go to or better yet, make it at home for your family to enjoy! It’s the perfect combination of sweetness and tartness, reminding you of a Key Lime Pie!

Ingredients:

  • 1 – 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup Jell-Craft Margarita Mix
  • 1/3 cup of vanilla yogurt
  • Juice from 2 limes
  • 1 large graham cracker crust, or 12 mini pies
  • Sea salt
  • Whipped cream – optional

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Mix milk, eggs, margarita concentrate, yogurt, and lime juice until fully combined.
  3. Pour mixture into pie crust. Bake mini pies for 15 minutes, full size for 25, or until custard is set. There will be a slight jiggle when done.
  4. Chill for 2 hours to set fully.
  5. Sprinkle with sea salt before serving, and top with whipped cream if you would like.
