Jell-Craft specializes in Hispanic flavors of raspa (snow cone) syrups, and introduced the first line of Hispanic flavors in 1997. We pride ourselves in offering these unique flavors that are not available through other manufacturers.

For over 75 years, Jell-Craft Snow Cone syrups have been a South Texas favorite, known for their vibrant colors, delicious flavors, and perfect texture that draws in customers of all ages.
Punch Concentrate
Jell-Craft’s Texas PicNic Punch, a 75-year favorite, combines cherry and orange flavors in a shelf-stable concentrate that’s easy to mix, gluten-free, fat-free, and a good source of Vitamin C.
Cocktail Mixes
Jell-Craft’s 7-1 concentrated margarita and cocktail mixes, including the legendary Peach Bellini, have been a staple at events, intimate gatherings, and upscale venues, with each half-gallon yielding 5 gallons of finished product.
